    Hi,

    I joined the gym today for first time. I'm fierce unfit so decided to join to lose weight, gain fitness and tone / bulk up arms and chest.

    Went in anyways, went on the rowing machine for 15 minutes and was fine. Then went on a bike for 10 minutes and was totally f**ked after. Had to go home! I'm grand now though so kinda wish I stayed longer. If it was a good workout and I really was beat then I think it should have taken longer to recover?

    So anyways, this made me realise I need advice. Here I am. Anyone got any?
