I am talking about a drink to take before a match, during and after a match to improve endurance.

I have been taking vitargo for the last while but my question really is how do you know what is ok and what isn't in terms of drug testing?

Can you get a direct answer from the GAA/GPA/Sports Council if what your taking is ok?

How likely are you to be drug tested?

Lucozade Sport was good enough for Sami Hyppia - so it's good enough for me;)

    well intercounty players do be,

and as the ads say lucozade only works for the last 15 minutes...pity Henry Shefflin drank out of the wrong end last September...

    From a Drink to aid a GAA player - to soccer ( Hyppia) - to a GAA player ( Shefflin) - to a rugby player ( o'gara) in 4 posts - quality !
