Sky Player on Xbox 360

Hi All

Trying to get sky player working on my xbox

Have the xbox connected to a TV in my bedroom while the sky + box is downstairs in the living room

Dont have xbox gold membership, I believe this is needed?

Do I have to have sky multiroom?

Any feedback greatly appreciated

I use it all the time, you need gold membership, you dont need multiroom.

What you can view is based on your Sky package.

Absolutely, most the TV I watch now is through the Sky player

Worth noting that some programs (even those on the main sky channels) aren't available through sky player. Usually if it's stuff they've created themselves (gameshows, sky sports broadcasts etc) you can get it.

Juansheet you also need to set up your SKY ID.

You'll need this to log in to the SKY player on the Xbox 360.

From doing this myself before you'll also need some info from your SKY account.

Viewing card number / phone number registered against the bill/ billing details of some sort.

Anyone know if Sky are charging extra to watch the sports channels on this now, could still get Sky Atlantic etc. but can no longer access the sports channels. I have a subscription to these in my house
