    hi all

    ive just gotten my ps3 fixed and havent played gt5 in a while but ive noticed a new thing with that stats of cars ,it has a pp beside it .what does this mean

    No, they're not.

    They're Performance Points, basically a measurement of the cars overall performance. The seasonal races are now limited to specific PP levels, e.g. cars up to 550PP.

    You can get the car to 550 PP in a variety of ways, add lots of horsepower to get to 550PP, but then you can't improve tyres or suspension. Or a mix of all three. Essentially, it takes all the mods to a car into account to arrive at a PP rating.

    It's a more level playing field than just using HP, as you can max the car out to the specified HP level, then add lots of suspension/tyre upgrades that don't affect the HP.
