Not sure if this is the right section, Just wondering if anyone knows the length of time it takes to qualify as a plumber?

You do an apprenticeship of 4 years though it usually takes a little longer. The only thing is is the country is full of unemployed plumbers who are doing nixers on the side for peanuts to make ends meat. If you want to do an apprenticeship, may I recommend a Toolmaker or Instrumentation. They are 2 trades in high demand & will be into the future
