Looked through previous threads but have not noted any consensus being reached.

Does anyone know where one would get a relatively small volume of custom designed kit of good quality with a quick turnaround ?

How small, and how quick!? Most places have minimum of 10 pieces, and a few week turnaround.

I'd look at Spin 11 (do a lot of teams kits), Carvalho (do the boards kit, maybe a slight question by some on quality) or Kalas (best quality kit I've seen to date, use same pads as Assos etc, but fairly expensive in limited quantities)

azzurri in waterford have started doing cycling kit. they would be local to you and wouldn't have a large amount of back orders so turnaround would be quite quick. I suppose the downside is there is no feedback on quality.http://www.azzurri.ie/cycling-home.php

Champion systems are advertising heavily in the triathlon scene and have an english office now. quality is very good but there have been stories about long delays. They do kit for one person teams and can order single items in multiples of five.http://champ-sys.com/

I know one lad who kit done for a charity cycle by bioracer uk got it through these guys http://www.onimpex.co.uk/order.html

We used Champ Systems for our Club kit & can vouch for the quality. I think we had a minimum of 15 pieces (but could be wrong). Also turnaround wasn't too bad; probably about 4 weeks.

Have a load of kit ordered with Aidan of WattCustom at the moment. Very helpful guys to deal with and good to be able to give the business to an Irish company.

Quigs: we've used Hincapie for 5 years now. Nothing but good things to say about their kit.

I do not know what their minimum Qty is.

    Padraic Quinn's Velotec: http://www.velotec.ie/euro/
They seem to be able to do any size order, but the minimum order for regular pricing is 10 items, not exactly sure if that's 10 of any type or 10 of a single type.

In terms of minimum orders for pieces of kit, Watt Custom don't have any. If you buy more of the same item the price does drop, but once you have your design they'll put that design onto anything for you - 15 s/s road jerseys & 1 mtb jersey etc
