I have a small party in the house for a confirmation for a few hours, just wondering where is good to pick up some finger food in Limerick for it?

Thinking Ivans, and dunnes for the frozen stuff you put in the oven... any ideas?

local chinese get lots of starters etc. they nearly all cater for communion/confirmations and it saves you the hassle. get some salad stuff in either dunnes/ivans

Aldi for ye olde cheap and cheerful spring rolls, goujouns, popcorn chicken, sausage rolls, Chinese and Indian starters. Cheap breads, rolls, salad, Mayo, ketchup, etc... And full pizzas from about 1.89 each.

The last refrigerated section in Tesco's coonagh has a pretty good and varied selection, garlic breads, sausage rolls etc. Freezer section has some good stuff too, prawn kebabs, sausage rolls, filo rolls etc.

And what testrans said buy some sausages, a roll or 2 of puff pastry and you got sausahe rolls. Chicken wings and a decent rub and you've got a half decent party going.

I've used Paddy Dooley before and have found him very good. Not sure if he does frozen food or prepapared uncooked food.
