Hey everyone I've been thinking about my cao even more since my mocks came back and i'm seriously confused! I know the kind of course I want is something to do with media but I don't know whether to put Journalism and New Media in UL, Communications Studies in DCU or the new Film and Broadcasting in DIT which was media arts or something, down first! At the moment its DIT but i know very little about it! If anyone is doing any of these courses could you tell me a bit about it please I'd really appreciate it, I'm most interested in the radio field but would like to do a course with more choices in it than just that and a broader course on the media. If anyone has any information I'd really appreciate it

well in DCU all the school of communications courses involve media in different ways, Communication studies, Journalism and Multimedia. Id say look into those, then if your interested on one in particular do a search for previous threads here about that course.

Id recommended Communications if your overall aspiration is the media but you arn't sure exactly what area you want to get into. Most people do further study/postgraduate courses after and work their way up. Doesn't limit your options

You sound just like me save for the fact that I've been dead set Journalism in DCU since the word go. Did you put it down, or did you opt for somewhere else??
