Hispec 2000gal tank with stepped axle

At the moment we are looking into buying a 2000 gal either Abbey or Hispec tank. The new Hispec tanks have a stepped axle to lower the tank and improve stability. I have heard though that for some reason they are harder to pull than the older model. Has anyone got this tank type and what are yer experiences with it? Cheers
