No money is Post Office today.

    Hi lads i usually collect my money every Wednesday at the Post Office but about a half an hour ago when i went to collect it the girl said their was no money and it wouldn't be there til Friday?Is it late because of Paddy's day? Or am i being docked days? It was to late to get to the dole office to find out.Was just wondering was everyone in the same boat to save me going to the dole office tomorrow.Thanks.

    I get mine on a Wednesday but wasn't able to go today. You didn't miss a signing on day did you? I doubt it would have anything at all to do with Paddy's (all that would have happened is you wouldn't be collecting it last Thursday).

    If you have the recepit from last week. checking your signing on day (near the bottom). That's honestly the only thing I can think of. And either way, go to the SW tomorrow.

    Thanks for the reply.Two weeks ago i took a days holiday on my signing day and went and signed the day after as requested.Got my money no problem that week and also no probs last Wednesday.I'll call in tomorrow to the sw thanks.

    That's very odd. See, if you had of been in trouble for missing the signing on day then you wouldn't have gotten your money last week (or at least, not all of it). But it sounds odd. BTW, post back here when you found out what happened, would you? I'm very curious as to what happened.

    All sorted, it was a computer error. Full amount to be collected tomorrow and back to normal every Wednesday. Thanks again.
