    I have decided I want a pair.

I've been on pullum sports and see Do-Wins and Adidas. I'm sure both are fine as I am not at a high level it shouldn't make much difference anyway.

Regarding sizes, should you order your "normal" shoe size?
Would it make a much difference if they are a little big?

The heel on the Do Win is MASSIVE. Heel on the Adidas is at a much beter level imo.

I ordered regular shoes size adidas - works fine for me.

If you want to save some money check out the shoes on strengthshop.co.uk Pretty much the same as the adidas ironworks with the wooden colored heel... Fit is a bit on the big side I find.

Bourne Sports are cheaper than Pullum for the Adidas shoes if these are what you are going for.

Don't know anything about weight lifting shoes or this brand. I post this link as it is an Irish company, so you should be able to try them on for size before buying, rather than buying online, finding out they are not a good fit and having the hassle of returning them and getting a different pair dispatched,

Weight lifting shoes available in Ireland

Nerlinger.com are the cheapest i found.

I would say err on the small side size wise, mine definitely stretched.

They are also falling apart, but that's more down to me being a donkey.
