CWO and RA

We recently where told that the CWO would be out to look at our property so that the rent allowance can be approved firstly I was on ra and have moved to another council so technically not a new claim just a transfer but they look at it as a new claim second i was told by the CWO that she would be out yesterday ie monday…

second i was told by the CWO that she would be out yesterday ie monday so i stayed in all day waiting and nothing then i got a phone call this morning saying she would be here after 2pm today wahoo so made sure i was back from my walk with baba and waited and waited and waited nothing not even a phone call

im pissed off because they are treating it as a new claim, i didnt mind having to get all the info for them as required, didnt mind to much sitting in what can only be described as a replica of a prison waiting room (judgying from what i have seen on tv never had the pleasure of being in one ) for over 2 hours and then spoken to like i was **** on this wagons shoe, didnt mind waiting in all day yesterday for this wagon to come and she didnt nor did she today as told she would, but what i do mind is that she stopped my RA claim from my old council meaning I am now super late on my first months rent in my new home making as you can imagine a fantastic impression on my new LL

what i am now worried about is when the hell she will come we are running short on supplies and im worried about going to the shops (have to get a bus there and back takes over 2hrs) what if she turns up and im not there. As she only pays RA once a month on the last thursday what happens if she messes thing up and i have to wait until the end of april, i'll be homeless by then if she doesnt get her ass in gear

and who do i complain to about this wagon nobody in the welfare answers phones and its so difficult to find out who her boss as such is

sorry if i offend by calling her a wagon but seriously she is, she has acted like she is a god and i must bow down to her as i am nothing but scum looking for state assistance and seriously i am not impressed with her one bit these are tough times we are going through and my situation is not by choice
