Which hair VOTE NOW???

I have a big event coming up and I`m trying to decide which hair colour to pick. My friends say I look like Kim K - well I have the same colouring not sure how much else is flattery! So which hair looks best on her, I love both but for different reasons?

Would love to hear other people opinions, have been both many times before?

They're both nice. I think personally I'd go with the dark one, but there's not much in it. They're both good options. I'm actually a redhead getting progressively darker, more like a dark auburn/red-brown now. I prefer my hair dark because it's shinier. No experience of blonde.

If you have really really dark brown eyes like Kim, then I'd go with the dark hair.

Maybe I`m just sick of lookin at myself - I get bored I love a change but my friends all say I`m lovely blond but wow brunette, but maybe brunette is just rarer here.

When I look at people like beyonce, jessica alba etc I think they look crap with dark hair, there lighened hair looks amazing.

It seems like all the dark or mixed race girls like me when they`re famous go lighter and they have people they pay to tell them what looks best so it makes me think I should go lighter, dones that make sense?

I think Beyonce and Jessica have a very different skin tone to Kim, and beyonce has lighter eyes I think.
They seem to have warmer more caramel/honey tones in their skin color than Kim.
I think blondish highlights suit them, but also like dark hair on Jessica.
I do not like blonde hair on Kim K, think dark suits her much better, the blonde just looks abit odd or something imo.
Did you ever look at the thread in the gentleman's club about women who are "hot". About 95% seem to be dark brunette.EDIT: OK, That is an exaggeration, but it does seem to be mostly brunettes and redheads. [it's voted on by men and women]
I think it is a myth that blondes are in some way preferred by people. Some people will think it looks nicer, others won't.
I have very blonde hair btw, with fair skin and blue eyes.

I don't know exactly what you look like, so maybe blonde would look great on you. If your bored and want to experiment, then you could give it a go.
I've had my hair jet black, dark brown, auburn, red, honey blonde, platinum blonde, and light brown! :pac:It can be fun to try new things, and you will learn yourself which you think suits you best.
Just please don't think that because a few celebs dye their hair blonde, that it automatically means that it is the nicer color to have.
Celebs change their hair color regularly, and just because blonde might suit some of them, it doesn't mean there's anything wrong with your hair being dark.:)

That first pic of Kim is actually a wig, Here's her with a different blonde and I think it's her real hair...could be wrong on that though


Excellent post by little acorn and for what it's worth I recently got bored of my own black hair which i'd had for around 10 years and kind of have Kim's blonde now and while it does suit me I feel really anonymous with it and I really miss my old hair so i'm going back to black!

Funny, I think Jessica Alba looks very ordinary with blonde hair, she just looks like another pretty Californian girl. Whereas I think she looks amazing with really shiny, dark hair, think it makes her stand out way more.

I have been blonde and now am a dark mahogony/brown and everyone agrees the dark is much better on me (and i'm quite pale)

I think especially in Ireland, where the predominance is for pale blondes/light brown, embrace your lovely dark hair and sallow complexion!

Btw, why can't we see the results of the poll? (I voted brunette in case you're wondering )

I think sallow girls love the idea of blonde hair the same way that girls with straight hair love curls. Yearning for what they dont have . And although a lot of sallow girls look nice with lighter hair, I think you should embrace what suits you best and go for the dark. I'm so envious of girls who are sallow and can have their hair in beautiful chocolate brows, which just make me look ill in contrast to my fair skin . My housemate recently went lighter with hair her and she'd have the same colouring, and while its nice and different, I keep looking at pics of her with dark hair, plum coloured and chocolate brown another time, thinking how unique and beautiful the dark hair made her look!
