Vegan meal planner: healthy?

I came across this meal plan for vegans on a budget http://www.cheap-family-recipes.org.uk/planner-option3-month1.html and it claims to be healthy, but I'm not convinced. I don't know much about vegan nutrition though- I was just looking for new vegetarian ideas really and saw a thread on another forum where people were recommending it.

It looks really low on green veg to me. I'd have thought a vegan would need more olive oil, avocado, nuts etc for healthy fats too. Maybe some fruit other than tomatoes, or is the veg they've included enough? Obviously it's a bit carb-heavy too with all that reliance on bread so I think I'd want to switch some of those breakfasts to soya-based stuff myself, to balance it out a bit.

Wow, I see what you mean. Yes, no visible green veg, and the same few meals repeated over and over. Things like seed spread might have a decent amount of fats in them, but overall, it looks very low in protein and veg.
