98 Fiat Missing Pipe. Air intake to manifold?

I know little about cars/engines so its probably not the manifold...??

I noticed my car seems to be missing a pipe.

From reading online it says it only necessary for cold areas, to heat up air going into carburettor, and that and bit of heat proof flexible pipe will do and to check Halfords, but cant find anything on Halfords site.

I would just like to know if there is a name for this pipe?

I found this pic online. Its the pipe the I am missing.
