Beginning Weight Training

    Hi, I am on week 3 of the C25K running program but I now want to start weight training. A gym near my school does pay as you use pricing so I can afford to go at €4 a session. I want to try and go two times a week (Wed and Sat) and do weights and then continue with my C25K (Tues, Fri and Sun). But what program should I follow for weight training? How many repetitions and sets do I do and of what? Should I spend time on all the machines? Keep in mind I am a total beginner.

    Also I saw this for sale in Tesco, would anyone recommend this? Is it any good?
