Quick Question about supplements

I got about a half tub of Maximuscle protein supplement from my uncle recently, as he can't use it. I'm using it atm, but the best before is April 2011. Is it ok to use after that or should I just leave it and buy a new tub

How big is it, you have 6 weeks, work away.
It's not going to suddenly go bad on may 1st

Hey any thing which is out of expiry date is going to harm in medicine sector. But what happen the thing like supplements, liquid are could be taken but if you could avoid it, then it will more beneficial for you.

It's not medicine, its milk protein.
It's just a food source, one that keeps for a vert long time. If its going to take him a week or two extra to finish it, that's fine.

It is "best Before" not "use by", I used to always pick up 'expiring' maximuscle supps for half price and less. It is fine as long as used within the near future of date
