we still waiting too. had an inspection last october. the inspector said all was fine and no penalty has been incured. rang to see where our payment was only to find out our file is still with him 5 months later:eek::eek:.when the file gets back to our dvo they will have to process it before sending it on to wexford(i think)to b processed for payment. to b honest totally pissed off with the dept in its currant form and hoping the new government will sort out the whole sorry mess...not holding my breath by the way.

OP write letter to your TD. Should have money within a week. Here in N Tipp, we get Micheal Lowry :)to sort such things out, that's why he tops the poll.

If the seat's wet, sit on yer hat, a cool head is better than a wet ar5e.

How much do you have to pay him to get him to do a job like that? Have you got shares in his house extension?

Don't have to pay him at all, just promise to visit the casino! Don't know anything about the extension. Neighbour here was having a problem with money from the dept and got it sorted, thats all I know!;)

seriously , the things that used (still are?) go on it's no wonder the country is ion such a poor state. I would bet the countries with the least corruption are the one's most likely to prosper.
