Going out? What sort of ID is there apart from passport?

    are passports the only option for going out as ID? im not that comfortable bringing them and i don't have a driving license, what other sort of ID is there? :P

    Just the age card or grow a beard I suppose.

    Garda ID as said before. Downside is they can take over 2 months to arrive.

    Driving Licenses are usually not a good idea to go out with, so easy to be forged so places usually look at you with about 10 heads when you hand one over, especially if it's a Learner Permit.
