A good web access log analyser?

Anyone got any suggestions for one?

I've tried AWstats, Splunk, WebLog Expert and 123LogAnalyser... However I'm looking for a minute by minute analysis, or if possible, second by second, so I can see how many page views I'm getting per second. The best I can seem to find is one that shows hourly stats...

get the raw log files and use the MS Log Parser.

You could watch the logs as they hit using tail and some grep functions to strip out all but the page entries. My *nix command line knowledge is way too rusty though to give a full command.
