    Hi,
Im looking for some advice please. I have been called for a second round of Interviews with a small to medium accountancy firm in Belfast. I'm sure interview styles vary between all accountancy firms. But Im just looking for some advice please as to what type of questions may come up in the second round. My first interview was quite basic really. They just went through my CV/application form with me and asked a few basic interview style questions. Has anyone any experience of going to a second round of interview?
    Thanks. :-)

I'd expect that they'll move to a more competency (behavioral) based interview format. You'll find loads of lists of these types of questions online, along with the SARI approach to answering them.
