Moneybookers query

Hi I set up a an account on moneybookers and at the last part of registration it was asking something about permission for something like a company beginning "kes" to debit balances of up to 5000 from my account. I quickly deleted the moneybookers account due to worrying. Does anybody know what this kes things means?
