Does anyone know what the exacat plans are for establishing a Court of Civil Appeal. Will it involve (long-overdue) reform of the CCA? Will is be a UK style Court of Appeal with criminal and civil divisions or will it involve two seperate courts altogether?

Use Google to search for Miss Justice Denhams report/remarks on same. It is required so we can free up the backlogs and have the Supreme Court deal with Constitutional matters.
