Some foods

Hey,

Just moved to Galway and I've a couple of foods/ingredients that I like to eat/use but I've not been able to find them so far. I'd be looking for the following.

Cashew Butter, Coconut Flour & Coconut Oil.

Feel free to move this to food if you feel it's better suited.

You can find those in any of the Evergreen stores, (Though not sure about the flour..) A few around, one in Galway Shopping Centre, one on High St, and one in Westside.

I would suggest McCambridges on Shop St or Marks and Spencer on Eyre St

There's an asian food shop on Sean Mulvoy road, supposed to be good.

This is a chinese shop mainly, girl that owns / works in it is lovely, very helpful.

That's where i would start, not sure if they'll have any of that stuff though!!

+1 Have gotten all of these in Evergreen. Try the Viridian coconut oil. Really good!
