Iphone 4 microphone problem....

I bought my iPhone4 back in July when it first came and everything has worked fine on it up until this week everything was okay. Then this week for some reason I started experiencing problems when answering phone calls - for some reason the person on the other end of the phone can't hear me.

It appears to be a problem with the microphone - it doesn't appear to work when I answer calls. The microphone seems to work okay when I try to record a voice memo.

I searched various forums and it appears to have been a common enough problem. Unfortunately I can't seem to find any solution....

Is the warranty on an iPhone4 a year's warranty?

I have the exact same problem with the microphone on my iPad, this seems common.

I have no idea where to go And get it repaired, it's still under warranty..

back to apple.

ring them and tell them the story,they'll have it picked up FOC and have it replaced.

Back to Apple or whoever you bought the product from.

It's happened on a good few iPhone 4's. Apple will just send you out a refurb model (new casing and new battery) once its under the year warranty. Turn around time little over a week usually.

This was bought in the US. Do i just leave it in an apple store or is there a phone number for them?

it will be under warranty over here.
