I think that drinking lots of milk will make a good weight gainer, or you can
    just order here

    http://www.thesupplementfactory.com/p4/Mass_Gain_10lbs/product_info.html

To gain weight, you do not NEED supplements, but they will help you gain the weight quicker IMHO

Real food will do a much better job at keeping your weight up and in particular getting in plenty of good fats

    coconut oil
    Olive oil
    Nuts and seeds

Yes can be, or I would take it after breakfast ie mid morning meal.

Breakfast would be generally light enough for me; fish, grains or baked beans, stir fried veg and perhaps an actimel yogurt (when I get them cheap) or something

Ha, well I always follow the eat a dinner for breakfast philosophy so a nice fresh piece of fish sure is a lot lighter than chicken, steak, lasanga etc.

Dang, had a sample diet sheet done up for someone but seems smartsheets have deleted it since I never paid up after the trial period. Ill see tomorrow if I can get it and Ill post it for you.

You can always post your diet and training and many knowledgable people will input. No offence but for your height you are well underweight, BMI 17.9.

Then again, at 5 foot 11 and a half (the half is all important :) ) I used to be under 9 stone, 8 years or so ago.

    Hey,
I've actually spent quite a bit of time looking into various weight gain shakes and the one I have settled on is this:

    http://www.fitnessireland.ie/applied-nutrition-critical-mass-4-4kg.html

It contains a lot of calories per serving and it actually tastes quite nice an is relatively easy to drink without feeling very bloated.
Just beware it is mostly sugar and is definitely not good for the health but it sure should help add calories...

Milk works I put on about 8 pounds so far in 6 weeks.
    http://stronglifts.com/gomad-milk-squats-gallon-gain-weight/

I drink 2 liters of full fat every day.

Combine with a good weight lifting program and you should see results quickly.

    Here's the program I'm using

I am 6ft and 9.5 stone myself and was wondering would eating pizza the odd day be any harm in attempting to bulk. I suppose once you get the calories in it should not matter

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 4,991 ✭✭✭metamorphosis

Like said to you lots and lots and lots of times to you before(I'm really thinking you have a problem with actually putting on that weight you have been trying to put on for a long long time going by you repetitive posting nature!!!!!! Perhaps less asking and more eating :)!) ..

Having the odd pizza will do no harm imho, but it's much better to overall to get in good calorie dense nutritious calories. Also depends what type of weight you want to put on and how often that pizza would be
