Hi all,

    Today I tried out the low bar for all the squat. Felt better then other times I'd messed around with it.

    Very happy with bench results today. Hit a nice PR with 115kg x3 and almost did 117kg for a triple but just missed it. Would have liked to have hit 120kg for a double too.

    Wasn't Dave, he prefers to curl the actual Back Extension machine which is acceptably bad-ass.

    Good work man I just casually had a passing look at your squats there a little while back I think with a few tweaks there could a lot more there. If your interested let me know next time your in.

    From yesterday: daveyc21 had a look at my squat and gave me a few pointers on how I could improve and hopefully add a few kg's in the next few weeks. So from now on my stance is widened, throwing on a belt and the biggest adjustment- cutting squat depth by a few inches. Will be using a box for the next while to reset to this new depth.

    Squats were way better today. It finally clicked with me how to use the belt and actually brace yourself against it. And the adjusted depth plus the belt means lots of PR's :D
