Assesment Centres

    Hi everyone, just found out that I have got to the assesment centre stage for argos. Any advice on what to expect from assesment centres in general would be fantastic.

    Hmm, a few years ago I had took part in an assessment center in Germany (for IBM). That included: an interview, group tasks (in this case we were given a problem and, as a group, had to find a solution for it and present it) and a round talk with all participants. Usually the tasks you get will have to do with the type of work you're applying for. The tricky part is that you have to present your personal abilities while working with the team.

    Don't know if that was very helpful, it's been 6 years ago so maybe things changed.
