I wear old spice. My father says a man without the spice is not a man at all.

Good grief. Hiding the smell of unwashed sweat with something more horrendous.:pac:

No, if you put it on before your skin is sufficiently matured to the correct level of manliness it will burn through and melt your face off (even if that isn't the part of your body you put it on). You have been warned.

Give Mitchum's Smart Solid antiperspirant a try. The smell is really pleasant (gives that 'just washed' smell), but not overpowering like Lynx. And it's really really good at neutralising perspiration.

Lynx is crap and is only popular due to its heavy advertising.

    You can certainly drink it...

Of course you can. I use Brut which is another old man deoderant (and aftersave) and smells pretty good too btw. You can easily get it in Tesco and Boots. It was actually Elvis' favourite fragrance.

This is outstanding. I read everything this guy writes in Morgan Freeman's voice.

Saw a deoderant/after shave combo in euro2 or someplace recently called "mandate." Obviously a very specific target market there.

Old Spice will remind any women you encounter of their fathers, and if Freud is to be believed, this will lead to sexy results.

Old Spice attracts sailors and the 1970's.....

+1 Mitchum isn't particularly glamorous but it's damn effective.

Hmm, well I do have some international shipping to take care of.
And that 70's show did portray the 70's as fun.

I thought Old Spice was just an aftershave?

Why did someone compare it to Lynx?

Exactly, Old Spice isn't supposed to be an anti-perspirant, its just a nice smelling aftershave. I use it sometimes, very Christmassy smell I always think.

And to all you Old Spice haters, whats the modern nice-smelling aftershave to have up there in dublin? Like what would you splash on if you were going out "in town", as you's say?

Try new Insignia, create a buzz, not a humm!

It started as a cologne. It's still a cologne but now they also make everything from shaving lotion to shower gel. I have a bottle of their shower gel actually. And if I didn't have a relative that kept giving me a years supply of adidas cologne every christmas id probably be on the old spice cologne too.

I've actually had full blown Weils Disease. I've also bought and 'worn' Hai Karate.

Which would I sooner experience again? Tough decision! :o

How about " CederWood " ? Remember that? Dash of 'Mink Gland Oil' under the ears ....? :D
