Hair disaster......please help me ladies!

    My friend went to the hair salon yesterday and the girl who was doing her hair mixed up the color and put copper in her hair instead of blond highlights.

    They did not even apologise and basically kicked her out the door and told her to come back next week!

    It is actually horrendous looking..........bright orange not even natural looking.

    Can this be salvaged and if so how?

    Anyone have any stories to share?

    If I was her, I'd be going back to the salon on Friday, ask to speak with a manager, explain the situation and take it from there. Any salon worth their salt would do their utmost to fix it there and then. Don't put any homedye near it to try and fix it for today, just wear a hat if it's that woeful. The salon manager needs to see it in all it's glory. Hope it works out for her!
