If a Name has been on a Deed ??

    If a Name has been on a Deed for over 24 years, the person left no will

    and the names now have to be changed for a Grant of Administration, will there be compilications concerning the length of time this Has been like this

    Unlikely. I'm presuming the name on the deed is the deceased. His/her next of kin can take out a Grant of Letters of Administration, and once it issues the Deed can be updated.
