I don't think you are missing anything, it just seems to be a good deal for whatever reason.
Felt are very good bikes IMO, I bought the Z85 myself from Wheelworx a few weeks ago and its very nice, couldn't be happier with it. I think you've linked to the F85....

Nothing wrong with the other two either btw, but I would go with the Felt. Best thing is to try them out and see which you prefer.

For value for money Felt are hard to beat. I can't comment on the others but the quality of finish of Felt bikes is incredible. Of the three below there really only is one to chose IMO.

    Cheers Russman.

I actually meant F85 rather than Z85. But could be persuaded to spend the extra if there was a significant difference in bike

The difference between an F and a Z Felt is the geometry, the Z series are all compact bikes, very comfy actually. The F series are more traditional racing geometry. I'd give Felt my vote too, lovely bikes!

Better value again on isport.ie but to be honest i love my lapierre, very very comfortable and beautifully made.

Have a felt myself and cant fault it. I'd go with th F85 over the Z85, I prefer the more traditional racing geometry of the F series.

It's not the prettiest Felt, I've ever seen, but it's far nicer than the other two (I personally at the look of giants). And thats a great deal on the F85 as well. Its a no brainer IMO

I believe the F85 was also available in a team finish, worth checking out as the garmin team finish (what i have;)) is lovely.

Watch out for the felt. The shifters are not 105 there Micro shift. A mate of mine was going to get the F85 at a lbs but they said he was better off with a different bike as the shifters aren't great

You could be right there about the shifters on the F85, I have a vague recollection of a thread about the a while ago.
However they're definitely 105 on the Z85, and personally I think the new 105 hoods are very comfy (for my hands anyway).

Op, maybe see if you can haggle a little on the price of the Z85 if it takes your fancy and you want the 105. I found them pretty good to deal with out in Wheelworx, I'd say there's scope to get that €1,200 down a little.

I've read up on Microshift a bit. They seem to get reasonable good reviews.

If they bother you, you could buy the F85, sell the microshifters, put 105 shifters on it and you'd still have a better value bike than the other 2.
