    Agh - pixmania....

part of the names is correct anyway - they are driving me to mania!

    4 x 2gb ram...

1 stick failed all tests, so sent it back 2 weeks ago - still no news on a replacement....

very poor customer service responses all with the same formulaic BS cover letter....

much more of this and i'll be buying replacement ram from another supplier and taking a small claims case against them!

There's enough posts here about their sh1te customer 'service', you should have read the warnings before doing business with them, too late now. :(

He meant too late to not do business with them in the first place. This is well know about pix, they're good enough at getting you the item in the first place but if anything goes wrong they're a nightmare. You might try going straight to the manufacturer under warranty next time, not because you have to but because it may be both easier and quicker. If you think that's letting pix off too lightly then the best answer is probably not use them again. You may get the outcome you want out of the SCC but there's no reason to deal with a company that will force you to use such measures.
