Hey girls, i'm around 5 foot 7 and the very important half:)

Anyway when i'm looking for a mini dress they are always far too short on me, barely cover my bum, I think I have a very long torso and that's why they're so short on me and it's so infuriating

There's some brands eg. ax paris that do those 2 in 1 dresses that I adore but they are soo short on me and I find that most brands who make mini dresses make them so that they're the perfect mini length on shorter girls

and to be honest I don't think i'm tall enough for the tall ranges that some shops have and also most shops will only start their tall range at a size 8 and i'm a 6 so girls any suggestion on anywhere to get some nice short dresses that don't show my bum off to everyone? :)

I'm 5'9' myself and personally I've found it's a case of hit and miss. There isn't any store that specifically caters for women over average height but not quite 6ft. I find Mina and Modcloth the best. If you're buying online check out the measurements to give you a rough idea.

Thanks, will check them out, it's annoying when they have pictures and show a 5ft 10 model and the dress ends up shorter on me....grrrrrr!

I'm 5'11'' and I find that AWear are really good for shorter dresses.. given, they're usually dresses that go to just above the knee on girls of an average height, but a lot of them work well as minis on taller girls!
