The screen on my camera seems to be broken, when i open it i cant see the picture through the lens and when close it, i can see it. There is sound coming from the camera only when the screen is open and i cant see the picture. im afraid it will cost a fortune if i bring it to a shop and would hope there is somebody out there who would like a little job....
    thanks

    pm me if your interested.

I might not be understand you properly, but a lot of cameras work like this. If the screen is open, the viewfinder wont turn on to preserve battery power.

If you want the screen open AND the viewfinder working, try flipping the screen around completely so it's facing away from you .

    Hey,

No, ive had it for years and it used to work that way but the screen has officially died and i worried it will cost a lot to replace. Are you into that sort of thing?
