    Hi,
Has anyone here ever used the Autoworm-Bolus? AFAIK, it is a bolus that calves get at turnout and it releases a worm dose every 3 weeks for 21 weeks. They have been used in the UK for some time but I am not sure if they are licensed for use in Ireland. I contacted Farmrite in the North but they said they could not supply these to the Republic. Anyone with any info?

They're made by Schering Plough and they are only in the process of obtaining a licence for them here. At £9.80 per bolus with Farmrite, and each one containing 7 doses, they are quite competatively priced for a product that only needs to be administered once!!
