    Hi Guys/Gals

Just looking for a bit of feedback on my general diet, I have come to the conclusion that bread is no good for me and makes me sluggish and bungs me up so I am trying my bestest to avoid it but I must admit I find it hard at times, I put up 6lbs over the Crimbo and am finding it very hard to shift, I have started trying to make better choices, can those in the know advise me if the food I am eating at the min will help me shed a few lbs by skin baring season:

    Breakfast:
2 x Weetabix with lowfat milk
    1 x chopped banana

    Snack
    Apple

    Lunch
Chicken salad with lettuce, peppers, feta cheese, onion and mix 1tsp of pesto with water for a dressing
    2 x Ryvitas
1 x Yoghurt covered cereal bar
    1 x Lemon & Ginger tea

    Dinner
Brown rice with chicken curry (make sauce myself)
Stirfry with brown rice or noodles
I pack my stirfrys out with veg e.g. carrots, mushrooms, onion, peppers

    Snack
    Yogurt
    Cup of L&G Tea

I also play competitive football about 3 times a week!!!

Any advice would be GREATLY appreciated!! F/5'3 - 11st

P.S I dont/cant eat fish and wouldn't be against eating red meat (steak)
