I've just been quoted 7 euro for a booking tomorrow (plus 12c for a text).

Can you do a screen grab of the 8.50 charge?

    Total reads as €42.12 which is 6 days @ €7 and a 12c charge???

Where is the €8.50 coming in?

(fyi your email address is visible at the top)

Hello. I represent ParkMagic, the company that does the bookings for Quickpark. I saw the origional message from this morning which seems to have been removed but I would be concerned about the title of the thread and the claims made earlier.
There seems to have been some misunderstanding as the quoted online price is 7 eur including vat and everything is clearly presented to the customers.
The title of the image file in the earlier message was also a bit concerning but as long as the other contributers were able to clarify the situation then all is well and thank you all for using the service.
With respect to the failed email we were in the middle of moving our mail servers this morning and the public flogging of our IT guy will take place this evening :) Cheers

Now that's the type of customer service we have been missing in Ireland for too long!

During weekday business hours is the worst time for this. Best is early hours of Sunday. Link to video feed for the flogging please.

Well, the flogging has taken place but the public video feed would have been a bit much. In fairness to the poor IT guy he was doing it around 6am when we thought you would all be sleeping and the outage was only for 2.5 minutes. Thanks for the comments.

That's fair enough then. Hope you were gentle with him in that case.:)
