Just the other day one of the local through an exhaust in me bin, there are part numbers on it but I cant seem to find any info on it? Its "Bosal meo-807, then 02 0793, then 02 03"............ can anyone give me a dig out to find the bloke who done it? I plan on finding his car and returning it to the rightful owner, seems to be a habit of his since this is the second time. cheers.

bosal part numbers are generally 3 digits followed by 3 digits, in the format 'xxx-xxx'/ '123-789' etc

i checked your six digit 020793 with that spacing and there were no results, are you sure there are no more numbers on it?

some people might recognise it from a picture if you could get one?

Bosal part nos are in the format 111-999.
If you find something like that it can be referenced

Ill try get a pic up, I do know that bosal changed the numbering system in recent years, so it would be in and older catalouge I should think. the meo-807 is quit bold so I think its the old part number.

If it still has a cat attached it's worth a few bob in your local metal recyclers.

Could 020793 be the date manufactured, ie June 2nd, 1993????

I worked in the parts game 10 to 15 years ago, ***-*** was the Bosal format back then too :)
