Micro-CHP wood pellets?!

    Hey ppl,

    Im looking for a micro-CHP system fuelled by wood pellets for a project I'm doing. I found one called 'Sunmachine' based in Germany but the company went insolvent around this time last year. Does anyone have any idea if a similar machine exists?
    I'm starting the think maybe not.

    as a last resort could you try building one?

    Industrial stirling engine + modified wood pellet burner = win?

    4.5c/KWh it works out at. Oil is fast heading for 10c

    whats that price based on??

    is that when buyign in bulk? is that when kept in a dry storage shed and fed via a belt?

    The figure 4.5c/kwh sounds a little cheap. I thought maybe 5c/kwh?
    I was quoted €260 for 1000 kg of pellets..
    Can anyone tell me what weight of pellets would you need to fill a 1000 litre storage tank?
