    Hello everyone.

When a CRB (Criminal Records Bureau) check is carried out in the UK, does the application of the probation act from Ireland show up on the check?
It is an enhanced disclosure check that is to be carried out.
The probation act was applied on appeal in the circuit court and this overturned a conviction for possesion of cannabis in the district court.

    Many thanks in advance.

I'd say that it wouldn't.. I'd go as far as to say that Irish convictions wouldnt even show up so wouldn't worry about probation act!
