Hot Water Problems

Hi all, I had my gas boiler serviced about a month ago but in the last two weeks the water has only been luke warm in the tank when heating is on or when electric immersion is on. When the heating is on the radiators are roasting but water is still luke warm out of tank! Any suggestions?
