Eurovision - The past 55 years

    I must admit that I have become a Eurovision adict for the past 5 years. It all started with the staging of a gigantic party in Copenhagen in 2005 to celebrate 50 years of the Eurovision Song Contest. It was broadcast live on RTE 2 and I videoed the entire show. It was pure nostalagia and it brought back memories of some wonderful songs and amazing performances. It was like a history of pop music starting with the sentimental ballads of the 50s and 60s and on to the bubblegum pop of the 70s and 80s. Absolutely facinating! Any other Eurovision adicts out there?
