First Date Questions...

Hey so last night I went on first date..I ahve not been dating in quite some time ... I really liked this guy, but I got no hug, no kiss nothing at the end of the date, it was just "bye see you again" ..and he hasn't texted me today... bad sign?? I'm guessing yes...

I thought we got on really well so I am not sure what happened, before the date he had asked me to meet him a umber of times but I was always busy ..he kept asking though so I knew he was keen...but then date comes..no hug no kiss no nothing !

What are some signs a date went well? I suppose Ill only know if he asks me again, but this hanging about is driving me crazy!

You could be reading too much into this. Have you tried contacting him telling him you had fun? Maybe he was nervous, hence no hug or kiss goodbye? You said he was keen for a while so maybe he thinks you're not that into him? Contact him.

I had the same experience lately but had two dates. I contacted him the following day incase he thought I wasn't interested. He replied but just out of politeness. Never heard from him again!

That probably isn't much help!

I decided to text him, cos he had asked me to check out this video on youtube haha so i texted saying i thought it was good, he texted back... but ya no..."lets meet up again etc" oh well...ugh this sucks!

same here.

went on a date and thought it was great. got a msg from the person that wanting to meet up again. i replied. and then heard nothing since.

i was interested enough and i was sure that person knew that i liked them a lot.

so, well, i have done what i have to do... and now, keep looking then... i am sure with time, we will meet someone with mutual interest.

Hey, OP, and perhaps this might help other posters here too. Don't feel so down about it not going to plan, First dates are like the first of everything, a new experience with someone new and unfortunately the one shoe doesnt fit all so to speak, doesnt mean you werent lovely or interesting, it just wasn't what they were looking for.
The great thing is, what doesnt work for some, will work for others, just dont get bogged down by rejection.

And OP, in relation to your situation, maybe the guy was waiting for you to text and was waiting for you to kiss and hug. And maybe he just didnt get the spark, could be any reason at all, but dont beat yourself up about it. Chalk it up to some experience and get out there again. Best of luck!:)

Well.... I couldn't stand the waiting game, so I decided to text him and ask him if he wanted to meet up again! I figured if he said no, id be happy that at least I knew...but he wants to meet again! so thats good!..unless he is just being polite ha ha ah well Ill see what happens at our next meeting.

I think I'm done with waiting for boys to do stuff :P
