    Hello readers of this post,

    I am posting here looking for 3-4 web entrepreneurs or developers to take on a large scale project that will hopefully change certain aspects of the way people use social networks, email and media streaming websites.
    More details will be revealed if you fit these profiles:

    Have Mysql and or PHP experience.

    Have drive and desire to succeed.

    Very good knowledge of web design and database management.

    I think the question being asked is how do you intend to renumerate people who get involved? Fixed renumeration / equity share / profit share etc.

    That's the first thing anyone potentially interested will want to know.

    ok sorry, well profit share would be the way people would get something out of the project. All profit will be divided up equally between the people that decide to join the team.

    but what is profit?

    someone could have large expenses and gobble up profit.

    You might never have sales, fold the company, take the ip, start again and hay presto profit.

    Who owns the ip ? Is it a company, partnership ? Are there agreements in place? what happens if I developer 30% of the code and leave ?

    what happens if there are 4 people involved and 3 do 95% of the work and one does 5% is there an equal split ?

    Who determines how work is a contribution ?

    is there funding in place?

    It probably would be a good idea here to include your background, qualifications and experience at managing such a project.
