problems with various artists albums on ipod

    Hi All

    I am looking for a little bit of help, I have a few albums on my ipod and songs on these albums are of various artists, when i put the album on the ipod each song is seperate, how do i overcome this??

    any help appreciated its driving me nuts!!!

    Highlight all songs from the album in iTunes (ctrl+click), right click, get info, enter "Various Artists" as Album Artist and the actual artist as Artist.

    Also on the 'options' tab of the 'get info' menu; check the 'part of compilation' box. This groups the songs by album artist instead of artist allowing you to keep individual artists for each song
