Blackberry Bold Trackpad broken

I've a friend who got a 2nd hand Blackberry Bold, but the trackpad doesn't work. She's tried all the usual stuff such as taking the battery out etc but none of that works. I think it's well and truly busted. Is there anywhere in Dublin she can go to get the trackpad fixed/replaced?
