windows keep fogging

What can I do to stop my car windows fogging up? I dont have any inner air circulation button activated or no air conditioning activated. I cleaned my windows last week but they still seem to fog up.

Would multi purpose insulation be any good for sealing up the original seals around the car windows? Tried leaving the windows down and all of that but the problem hasnt gone away. I dont have any damp parts in the car that would suggest it is leaking.

    Any suggestions?

you need to find where the water is getting in to stop it happening.
