Hey there
I'm trying to answer a legal question but can't find sources for it anywhere! Basically, in the question I'm answering the consumer saw a particular good at a showcase and proceeded to buy a similar good from a web-site. It turned out the good was not at all as he had expected but the mistaken expectation he had developed was in no way encouraged by the consumer. Are there any sources/ cases that I can rely on in arguing this point? Any help would be great!
