    Ok, so i just joined a gym, with the idea of improving my physique:D

    I'm about 5'11, 12 stone, with the only flabby area on my body being my belly:mad:


    So i want to bulk up a bit, dont want to be huge or anything, just a bit stockier and well toned, anyone got any advice as to how i'd go about this?
